The Small Business Toolbox is a suite of programmes which is being developed to meet the needs of small business owners. Experience shows that most of these people cannot afford to be away from their businesses for lengthy periods (or even a day in many instances) to attend the training programmes necessary to upgrade and develop their skills in order to make their businesses more successful.
